One of our company’s core services is maintaining production and real estate assets.

1. Appointment and training of employees involved in the maintenance of critical/regulated systems (electricity and gas supply, etc.) in accordance with local legislation;
2. Installation and maintenance of CMMS systems;
3. Creating, maintaining and optimizing spare parts stocks;
4. Production equipment / production line KPI analysis;
5. Regular reporting to the customer on performed maintenance work;
6. Assistance in production asset rebuilds, replacements investment budgeting.
