To achieve the best results in the maintenance of equipment the company must pay attention to both the work management and job execution.Each of these areas requires certain organizational skills and competences, and we offer assistance to our customers in both.

Work management includes maintenance strategy development, preventive and emergency work prioritization and documentation, work planning and scheduling, all in line with the customer’s expectations and legislative requirements, and structured approach towards failure analysis and defect prevention.

Work execution includes the skills, experience and motivation of employees executing the job.

In 2026, the company implemented a new digital system for employee registration, time tracking, payroll, absence and vacation management, as well as data preparation for accounting and bank payment processes. The solution digitizes previously time-consuming administrative processes, reducing manual work and providing approximately 35 hours of time savings per month.

The project was implemented with the financial support received from the EU Recovery Fund and in cooperation with the support provided by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia under the "Latvian Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Plan"

2.2.1.2.i. investment "Support for the digitalization of processes in commercial activities", which is implemented in accordance with the agreement on the implementation of the project concluded between the Agency and the Ministry of Economics on June 2, 2023".

Thanks to the implemented system, the company is able to manage and analyze all relevant data on a single platform, which allows making informed decisions and working more efficiently. Automated timesheet and leave application processes ensure more accurate accounting, reduce the likelihood of errors, and speed up daily operations.
