Building maintenance

Inspection and maintenance of the engineering systems of and energy efficiency management in buildings are among our core competences.

In keeping with our customer’s priorities, we evaluate the situation and develop maintenance plans to offer a complex and high-quality attendance service. We strive to become a valuable Life Cycle management partner for our customers.

We may take full responsibility for the energy-efficient functioning of the systems on the premises, thereby freeing up time for our customers to pursue their core business.

Customers are also encouraged to make use of the opportunity to sign long-term cooperation contracts. The scope of each contract is fine-tuned based on site audit results and according to the needs of the customer.


The scope of each contract might include:

  1. Planning of the maintenance of equipment and systems;
  2. execution of maintenance work and its supervision;
  3. Planning of the repairs of the equipment and systems;
  4. Execution of the repairs of the equipment and systems ;
  5. 24-hour service with an agreed reaction time;
  6. Appointment of persons responsible for power and gas supply, etc. in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia;
  7. Audit of the premises and their systems;
  8. Planning of the customer’s investment budget to ensure sustainable operation of systems on the premises;
  9. Monitoring and analysis of energy consumption;
  10. Regular reporting to the customer on the work  performed or planned.
